Your Pocket Tour Leader -
The Self-Guided Digital Tour Pack

We've condensed hundreds of hours of scouting and experience into the most reliable guide you can fit in your pocket.
1.What exactly is a "Self-Guided Digital Tour Pack"?

It's a digital product that turns your smartphone into a professional tour leader. We integrate expertly planned routes, voice navigation, hidden gems, and food recommendations into a digital guide interface. You simply purchase it, and you're ready to enjoy a new kind of cycling tour that's both flexible and deeply insightful.

2.What will I receive after purchasing a digital tour pack?

After a successful purchase, our system will immediately send a confirmation email to you. This email will contain a unique QR Code. Simply scan it with your phone to begin your tour!

3.Do I need to install any extra apps?

No, you don't! Our digital guide works directly in your phone's web browser, so you don't need to install any additional apps. Just scan the QR Code, and your browser will open the professional navigation interface. For the best experience (including advanced features like offline maps), we still recommend installing the free "Ride With GPS" app, but it is not required.

4. How do I choose between a "Self-Guided" pack and a "Customized" plan?

It's simple! If you're an independent rider who loves flexibility and wants a perfect, expert-vetted route, the Self-Guided pack is for you. If you're a group, have specific goals, or want an expert to handle all the planning details, the Customized plan is your best choice.

5. What happens if I lose my internet connection while riding in the mountains?

No worries! Our digital guide supports offline maps (recommended for use with the Ride With GPS app). You can download the entire route and map data on Wi-Fi before you start. Your GPS navigation will continue to work perfectly even when you have no cell signal.

6. Will using my phone for navigation drain the battery?

Using GPS for an extended period does consume a significant amount of power. We strongly recommend you carry a portable power bank and set your phone to a low-power mode while riding. You can also save battery by turning off the screen and relying on the audio cues for navigation.

7. How long is the digital tour pack valid for?

Typically, the QR Code for a single-day tour is valid for 3 days. If you purchase a longer tour, we will adjust the validity to match the duration of your trip. In general, the QR Code will expire within 12 hours after your scheduled tour concludes.

8. Do your services include booking accommodation or bike rentals?

Our core focus is on route planning and trip consultation. Self-Guided packs do not include booking services. For our Customized service, while we do not book directly on your behalf, we provide a curated list of recommendations for trusted bike rental shops and bike-friendly accommodations for you to book yourself.

9. How do I apply for Youbike?

Youbike is a convenient public bike-sharing system in major Taiwanese cities. Typically, all you need is a credit card (like VISA or Mastercard) to quickly register and link your payment at a kiosk or through their app.

10. Are your services suitable for solo riders or only for groups?

They are perfect for both! The Self-Guided tour pack is a solo rider's best friend, making your independent journey safe and exciting. The Customized service is perfectly suited to handle all the complex needs of a group.

11. Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchase?

Unfortunately, no. As our product is a digital good, the QR Code cannot be retracted once it has been sent. Therefore, all sales of digital tour packs are non-refundable. Please ensure you fully understand the tour's format and content before making a purchase.

12. What is the process for the "Customized Tour Planning" service?

The process involves four main steps:

  1. Initial Consultation: You fill out our detailed inquiry form.
  2. Proposal & Discussion: Based on your needs, I'll create a draft itinerary and we'll discuss it online.
  3. Refinement: We work together to fine-tune the details.
  4. Final Plan Delivery: You receive the complete final itinerary and all related information.
13. What kind of support is included after I purchase a digital tour pack?

We offer full post-purchase support. If you encounter any technical issues with scanning the QR Code or using the navigation interface, you can contact us via email at any time. We will assist you to ensure your trip gets off to a smooth start.
